INTRO

Hi there! Thanks so much for visiting my website! I'll tell you a little bit about myself!

 

I am an actress, singer, dancer, model, and certified yoga teacher/therapist from upstate New York. I moved to Los Angeles in January 2015. I relocated to beautiful San Diego in October 2017 and lived and worked there for about 3 years. I am currently (2024) primarily based in Atlanta and New York. I travel frequently for theater and film work, and always love to see and explore new parts of the world!

 

PERFORMING

Although I could be rather shy as a kid, it didn't take long for me to realize the stage was my home, and performing quickly became my passion at a young age and helped me come out of my shell. Whether at school, a dance recital, community theater, or just around my house, I was always singing, dancing, and putting on a show for anyone who would watch and listen. Musical theater was my first love and continues to be what brings me so much joy! I have also enjoyed getting more involved in film/TV recently. I am grateful that I have been working professionally for quite a few years now in the theater, film, commercial, television, and modeling industries. I am always seeking new opportunities on stage and screen! I also love working with kids and teens in theater, dance, music, and yoga, and have found it very rewarding teaching in these areas.

ANIMALS

Fun fact - In addition to performing and teaching, my other love is animals (of all kinds)! I have volunteered for various shelter and rescue organizations, recently passed my exam to obtain my wildlife rehabilitation license, and had an absolutely life changing experience as an intern at Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY.

YOGA

In 2014, I graduated with my 200 hr yoga teacher certification. I completed my Yoga Therapy certification in 2018. My overall goal as a teacher is to introduce yoga to people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and backgrounds, and help them on their own individual path to a mindful, balanced practice.  See more about my teaching style/philosophy on my Yoga page!
